As early adopters of 3D Revit, BIM and Digital Twins, we approached the building architects Scott Brownrigg to share their Revit construction model, to facilitate the production of VR visualisations for both spaces. These were then used during the design process by the stakeholders to inform their decision making.
The ground floor is defined by floor-to-ceiling glazing and provides a generous space for both the reception and a café area. These areas are furnished with key pieces from Deadgood and Naughtone, creating the soft seating area and the café.
The Marketing Suite can be found on the top floor, which features a roof garden and outdoor terrace area with extensive views. For the marketing suite we designed a bespoke room dividing solution, which created a semi enclosed meeting space. This structure is designed to hold a projector, allowing agents to present to potential occupiers and is fully portable, so it can be moved elsewhere in the building if necessary.
The Marketing Suite is furnished with ATOM Breakout seating, the Attach table system, Cubb chairs and a Tarkett Desso Bespoke rug.
