BIG YELLOW’S WORKPLACE

Our brief here was to fully refurbish all office space, WCs and tea points. The space itself was spread across three floors and three buildings but the business needed to remain in full operation.

Big Yellow wanted to freshen up the tired buildings and give their team a more welcoming and functional space to use.

Scope of works:

• New air conditioning throughout
• New power and data where required
• Strip out and install new WCs using back painted glass and Vitra Sanitary Ware
• Strip out and install new tea points
• Create new shower room
• Strip out boiler and radiators
• New decorations, furniture and flooring throughout
• New staff breakout area to act as reception and meeting space
